Conference Speaker Requirements
The presentation should be delivered to the session moderator on an USB stick at the latest 5-10 minutes before the session starts. The presentation format can be Powerpoint (.ppt – office version 2003/2007), an open document presentation (.odp) or a pdf file. Recommended font size is 24 point or larger for presentations, as some of your audience will be a good distance from the screen.
Please notice that the presentations will be run on a PC and projector supplied by the conference organisers. Your presentation will be pre-loaded on the PC and ready to project at the time of you presentation. You may NOT use your own PC! This disrupts the flow of the conference.
The PCs used will have internet access so if you need to demonstrate something on the web there should be no problem.
